At Tina Live, we are committed to creating a safe and secure environment for all our users. Protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is a top priority. This Child Safety Policy outlines our standards, mechanisms, and procedures to ensure the safety of minors and compliance with applicable laws.
Tina Live has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit:
- The sharing, creation, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Any behavior that exploits or endangers minors.
- Interaction or communication with minors that is inappropriate, harmful, or violates our community guidelines.
All users are required to adhere to these standards, and any violation will result in immediate account suspension, reporting to law enforcement, and other legal actions as necessary.
Tina Live is designed for users aged 18 and above. By using the app, users confirm that they are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use our platform. If we become aware of a user under the age of 18, we will immediately terminate their account and take appropriate action.
Tina Live provides an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to report any content, behavior, or activity that violates our Child Safety Policy or community guidelines. Users can:
- Report inappropriate content or behavior directly through the app.
- Provide detailed descriptions of the incident for our moderation team to review.
- Receive follow-up notifications regarding the status of their report.
We encourage all users to actively report any concerns to help us maintain a safe environment.
If you are reporting suspected CSAM, in addition to in-app reporting, we encourage you to submit reports to one of the following organizations that coordinates with law enforcement agencies around the world:
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC)
International Centre for Missing & Exploited Children
Tina Live employs advanced technology and human moderation to detect, remove, and report any instances of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Our measures include:
- Automated systems to scan and flag potentially harmful content.
- A dedicated moderation team to review reported content and take immediate action.
- Collaboration with law enforcement and relevant authorities to report and address CSAM.
Any user found sharing or promoting CSAM will be permanently banned from the platform and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Tina Live complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States.
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union.
Other local and international laws protecting minors from exploitation and abuse.
We regularly review and update our policies to ensure compliance with evolving legal requirements.
Tina Live is committed to raising awareness about child safety. We provide resources and information within the app to educate users about:
- Recognizing and reporting CSAE.
- Protecting personal information and privacy.
- Promoting a safe and respectful online community.
Tina Live is dedicated to continuously improving our child safety measures. We regularly review our policies, technologies, and procedures to ensure they remain effective in protecting minors and preventing CSAE.
